Audit…..

A systematic independent examination of your food business will be conducted to determine whether food safety activities comply with legal requirements and guidance documents.  The audit report will be furnished with colour photographs highlighting both the good and poor practices observed by the auditor.  The results of the audit will be addressed with staff during the delivery of training and will form a basis for the formulation of the HACCP plan.

Training…..

There is a legal requirement, Regulation (EC) 852/2004, that all food handlers undertake food safety training commensurate to their work activities.The Food Safety & Hygiene HACCP Level 1 &2 course delivered by Innovative Food Solutions tackles all the requirements of food safety legislation and standards based on the Guide to Food Safety Training documents published by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.  Innovative Food Solutions offer on-line training, on-site training and have a training room in Ballyphehane in Cork city. Seán McCarthy is licensed to deliver training courses on behalf of both the National Hygiene Partnership and Environmental Health Association of Ireland. The National Hygiene Partnership Level 3 course,The Essential Guide to HACCP Compliance, is also available upon request.

Formulation of HACCP plan and monitoring documentation…..

Innovative Food Solutions will formulate a practical Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan specific to your business. On completion of the programme, a file will be submitted to management containing the HACCP plan, a year’s supply of monitoring documents in twelve user-friendly monthly workbooks, all pre-requisite programmes, allergens information and training records.
